Working groups consists of representatives from our member companies and where relevant, representatives from other appropriate groups/agencies. Each group is chaired by a member of the PharmaChemical Ireland council to ensure continuity throughout the Federation.

Comprising GMP trainers and those with responsibility for GMP training, this group monitors trends and practices in relation to GMP training. The group discusses and shares experience of common issues, shares details of training resources and contributes towards a database of conferences and courses.

The work of this group is largely achieved by way of discussion fora at which laboratory personnel within member companies attend. Members select topics of common interest and workshops are then held to explore these issues. The group carries out surveys where appropriate and develops best practice guidelines as required.
